In the third quarter of 2021, the top 5 travel and local apps in Romania showcased diverse performance trends, as monitored by Sensor Tower.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel had a notable start with weekly downloads around 24K in early July, but this number decreased significantly to approximately 6K by the end of September. Weekly active users also saw a decline from 273K in mid-July to about 146K by the end of the quarter.

Lime - #RideGreen experienced an interesting pattern in weekly downloads, beginning at around 8K and peaking at over 15K in mid-August, before stabilizing at around 9K towards the end of September. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 46K and peaking at over 61K in late August, then settling at approximately 54K by the end of the quarter.

Star Taxi maintained a relatively steady download rate, fluctuating between 5K and 6K until mid-September, before dropping to around 3K in the final week. Active users showed a slight increase from around 12K in early July to a peak of 14K in early September, followed by a decline to roughly 11K by the end of the quarter.

AmParcat saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 3.6K and reaching a peak of around 6K by the end of September. Active users also grew steadily from approximately 5.1K to 7.4K over the same period.

Constanta Parking showed an initial surge in weekly downloads, peaking at over 7K in early August, before a sharp decline to just over 1K by the end of September.
